Our astrology readings are AI-only, not human consultations or professional counselling. Astrology is belief-based and does not guarantee an outcome.
Information you provide
- Account: name, email, phone number where provided, account identifiers and authentication information.
- Astrology context: optional birth date, time and place, questions, messages and saved readings or charts where those features are available.
- Purchases: order, delivery, booking, payment reference and refund records when you use commerce features.
- Support: requests, messages, content reports and information you choose to share with support.
Do not include passwords, payment PINs or unnecessary sensitive details in a reading or support message.
Technical information
Hosting and payment services may process IP addresses, device/browser information, request timestamps and diagnostic or security logs to operate the service, detect misuse and investigate failures. The Android app does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise device location.
How information is used and shared
Information supports your account, requested features, orders, payment verification, support, security and fraud prevention. When an AI reading is available and requested, relevant questions, conversation context and optional birth details may be processed by the configured AI service provider. AI portraits represent digital personas, not human advisers.
Hosting, AI, payment and fulfilment providers process relevant information needed for their roles. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to resolve fraud and disputes. Payment details entered into a payment provider’s checkout are handled under that provider’s privacy terms. AstroKaro India does not ask you to send a UPI PIN or card credentials to its support team.
Retention and security
Account and service records are kept to provide the service and handle support. Some payment, tax, security and dispute records may need to remain after an account is closed. Retention depends on the record and the applicable obligation; contact support for details relevant to your account.
The production app communicates with the service over HTTPS. Android session tokens are stored using device-backed encryption. No service can promise that every security risk is eliminated.
Your choices and deletion
You can ask to correct account information or request deletion of your account and associated data. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request.
Request account deletionVerification and any required retention will be explained during the request. Sending a request is not immediate deletion.
